Self-healing is discovering the deepest and darkest parts of your soul, acknowledging it, accepting it, loving it, and knowing that even in the depths of darkness your soul can shine.

There are many aspects of healing, for when you are truly healing every part of you will be awakened and illuminated.


Self-healing happens when you truly accept yourself, and love yourself and realise your true potential even if you know that there are some parts of you that need to grow, but you still allow yourself to respect your authentic self and never diminish your shadow self.


SHADOW SELF!


Shadow self is the part of you that you don’t understand I’m referring to the true voice in you, the ‘intuition’ in you, the angry and frustrated part of you, the part where you don’t care about the world and only about yourself, the mean girl in you, the arrogant and the devilish version of you which you so intentionally suppress.


This shadow self is the one protecting you and trying to stay authentic in all the conditioning of the society.


Real healing happens when we give a voice to our shadow self and know that in order to truly live our authentic life we must understand ourselves better. Letting our shadows come to light. Being real with our own self.


We empower ourselves by truly giving the voice to our deepest desires and living a life full of love and joy, and not caring about others and their expectations of us.


We are given this life to live our full potential as a soul and raise our vibration and that of the Universe. We can’t do that by not being honest about what we truly want, and caring about things that do not align with our true purpose.
