Rituals for Balancing your Emotions

Rituals for Balancing your Emotions

1) Journal your heart out

Journaling is my favourite practice to release any kind of stressful emotional situation.

The more clarity you have, the more better decisions you can make.

When you write your fears and anxious thoughts on paper you will realise how baseless and invalid they are giving you clarity and a sense of calmness.

2) Go Nature Walking

When we are in nature we tend to be in a peaceful and calm mindset.

That is because the plants and the trees vibrate on a higher frequency than us.

We are more in tune with ourselves when we allow nature to heal us.

3) Use Aromatherapy and Essential Oils to reframe your mindset and balance your emotions.

Essential oils have been found extremely helpful in balancing emotional responses and raising our self-awareness so that we can be mindful and intentional in our everyday life.

Essential oils boosts mood and can help in creating a calming and peaceful ambience in our home and mind.

4) Do more of what you love and Enjoy

Sometimes we are usually emotional because we do too much of what we don't enjoy and then we can't find time for the things that makes our soul happy.

So be intentional in creating a space for what you really want to do. Even half hour of doing what you love will put you in a totally different mindset.

5) Do Meditation and Visualisation

Spending even 10min on guided meditation and creative visualisation can help you stay more mindful and relaxed throughout your day.

Creating a positive mindset can help you tackle all the triggers you face during the day.

Saying powerful Affirmations with visualisation can help you get more focused and less stressed during the day.

6) Have some soothing beverage.

Emotional eating could be too much sometimes but emotional drinking could be a boon.

Soothing beverages can reduce cortisol and adrenaline, and can help you mellow down your emotions.

Have some herbal tea like chamomile, lemon balm or hibiscus.

Try hot chocolate which is the best.
