Grounding

When you want to ground yourself think of the Earth and roots. Essential oils derived from roots and plants that are grown close to earth or soil surface are used for Grounding and centering yourself.

Balance

Balance and stability can be achieved by being in the forest, between the woods and the inner peace that follows. To have balance think of the woods and the stability that they offer.

Abundance, happiness & joy

The fruits represent the joy and happiness and abundance. So when you feel sad, depressed and lack of something, think about fruits. Fruity essential oils provide the boost of joy and creativity and are helpful in manifesting abundance into your life.
